Degree Maaila is a character based play where event doesn’t occur, but its’ effect upon the characters comes to the stage. This play makes audience laugh hard and cry at same time. Degree Maila, the play was appreciated for its lively depiction of contemporary reality of the Nepali society. One of the most successful theatre productions of Mandala Theatre Nepal, the play was premiered in February 2013 and was staged 72 times in three rounds in Mandala Theatre with houseful audiences. Degree Maila was also staged in 5 different cities of Nepal as a part of Mobile Theatre Tour.
