Diversity and Gender Mainstreaming Policy (including workplace and sexual harassment policy

Mandala Theatre Nepal (MT) endeavors to provide a safe and healthy environment for all persons working on its premises, inside and outside the theatre hall, the classroom, and the offices. This includes artists, designers, teachers, students, contract workers, volunteers, and rental clients.

Mandala Theatre Nepal endeavors a gender and diversity sensitive approach to all its work. Workplace and sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
