Valentine Nogalo is a french actress and improviser. From Paris to Montreal, she pursued her passion and even published a university thesis on the subject. She firmly believes in the many benefits of theatrical improvisation: public speaking, creativity, teamwork, active listening, letting go, boldness…
As a feminist actress and coach, she co-founded the Wonder Impro Festival, the first inclusive feminist improvisation festival in France. Its goal is to highlight women artists and create a space for discussion on gender issues and stereotypes. In 2022, she created the podcast βARDENTESβ, which gives a voice to female artists and gender minorities.
She has been invited to national and international festivals, including the DΓ©bark Festival in Montreal (2015, 2019, 2023) and the Mahdia Improvise Festival in Tunisia (2024). In 2025, she will participate in FERIIR, the international improvisation theater festival on Reunion Island.
Today, she dedicates herself to improvisational acting and teaching this discipline, convinced of its invaluable impactβboth on stage and in everyday life.
