Mandala Theatre Nepal invites quotations from eligible and experienced vehicle rental service providers for the provision of rental vehicles on a per-day basis for field travel from Dhangadhi to the following locations:
Field Locations:
- Alital Rural Municipality, Dadeldhura
- Triveni Municipality, Bajura
- Panchadewal Binayak Municipality, Achham
Service Period:
September 2025 – March 2026 (approximately 62 days; actual usage may vary)
Vehicle Requirements:
- 4WD vehicle (e.g., Scorpio, Bolero, or equivalent) suitable for hilly terrain
- Vehicle must be in good running condition, fully registered, and insured
- Service must include driver, fuel, regular maintenance, and all applicable taxes
Quotation Should Include:
- Per-day rental rate (inclusive of driver and fuel)
- Vehicle model, type, and registration details
- Copy of company registration and VAT/PAN certificate
- Proof of prior experience providing similar services to NGOs/INGOs or government agencies
Payment Terms:
- Payment will be made based on the actual number of days used
- Full payment will be processed upon completion of the assignment
