In a rule of state, the pursuit of justice can sometimes result in innocent individuals
suffering alongside the guilty in the search for truth. While the legal system aims to
uncover the facts and ensure fairness, it is not infallible. Legal processes, though
structured, are influenced by human error, bias, and limitations in evidence. As a result,
there are instances where innocent people are wrongfully convicted, or where the true
culprit remains undetected. In this way, the law does not always guarantee the discovery
of the truth, despite its intention to do so.
