First proscenium production by Mandala Theatre-Nepal, Maila Dot Com dealt with the voyeuristic moves of a young male protagonist along with the fluctuation in his daily lives. Set up in a street-cafe from Kathmandu city, the play has two casts in it. Designed in an absurd and experimental way, the play had introduced Dayahang Rai as a promising theatre director. Encouraged by its enthusiastic response, the play was also performed in the countries like Bangladesh and India.
